Kevin and Rachel have been personal trainers for over a decade with a focus on resistance training and exercise coaching. With a background in competitive bodybuilding and fitness; as well as holistic approach to cultivating physical strength, Superhero Training and Fitness strives to put the personal back into personal training. Everything from proper form to technique is emphasized so that you can unlock your personal potential.

 

Our biological bodies are a true technology; and as such all of our offerings are grounded in the creation of a program specific to your personal goals.

We look at personal training as a way for you to discover your inner superhero. This is done via training your body and allowing ourselves to learn the practice of strengthening self.

The gym and the basics of body mechanics and fully unlocking the body's full potential are past of our mission statement. Based on your own unique goals, a plan and program will be created for you to follow alongside the one-on-one private workout sessions. 

Private One-on-One Sessions

The one-on-one sessions are suitable for any fitness level, from beginner to advanced. Whether you are looking to get back into shape, feel and look healthier or want some guidance to navigate the fitness world - we have you covered. If you reside in the Downtown Toronto Area, we can also be mobile - with a travelling fee. Please inquire for more details.
